Richard D. Klein –
Principal Attorney

Mr. Klein received his Juris Doctorate in 1985 from the Chicago Kent College of Law – part of the Illinois Institute of Technology. He was admitted to the Illinois Courts in 1985 and the federal Northern District of Illinois in 1987. His memberships include the Illinois State Bar Association, the DuPage County Bar Association (where he is a member of the Family Law and the Real Estate Committees) and the Illinois Real Estate Lawyers Association.

Prior to starting his own firm, Mr. Klein received his undergraduate degree in 1972 from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, and a masters degree “with distinction” in 1975 from the Johnson School of Business at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. His early career was grounded in health care where he worked in executive management in hospitals in New York and Pennsylvania. Relocating to the western suburbs in 1979, Mr. Klein was employed by a national professional society for health care executives, based in Chicago, where he directed its credentialing, certification and ethics grievance programs.
